What Can You Do With Your Skye?

The question with a shorter answer is 'What can't you do with your Skye?' The only thing that comes to mind is 'Greyhound racing'.

Are you an avid hiker? Just catch a look at the delighted expressions on Jenny and Storm at the right to see how much fun they're having scrambling over some of the post-glacial scree in one of Pennsylvania's parks.

Do you like to take quiet strolls? A Skye can be contented with that.

Do you like to hunt? While they're not as flashy to shoot over as a Pointer, they can retrieve their hearts out for you.

How about lure coursing? Not quite as fast as a whippet, a Skye will chase that plastic bag until it's caught.

Tracking? Check out Laura Weber's TDX Sam at Lairdoglen Skyes.

Therapy dog? They're among the best.

Obedience?

Yep.

Agility?

You bet!

Earthdog trials?
Just be sure they don't get close enough to the caged quarry to bend the bars.

Breed representative at Scottish games?

Not a problem!

And, oh yeah...conformation showing.

However, the best thing to do with your Skyes is be at home to love them.
